Maybe we'll include them when they start paying income taxes!!

Meanwhile, to include PR, we would also have to include Guam,
The Virgin Islands, American Samoa, etc.

Puerto Rico gets to vote on their status again in ten years.
Maybe if they realize they would get to join the Letterbox
USA movement, their people will vote for statehood next time
around!! :o)
